Jimmy Goslin owns and runs The Hopwood and has been in the trade for over 20 years.

With all the charm and character of a traditional country inn, our family run pub offers a great range of Real Ales, malt whiskies, spirits and home made food. Our dine for £4.99 menu is a big hit with locals and passing visitors. Children are always welcome at The Hopwood, so feel free to drop buy and feed the whole family for less than £20.

We enjoy being part of the community by offering live music and comedians, big screen TV's, pool, quiz nights, a weekly poker league and much more. There's always a warm atmosphere, the staff are friendly, the regulars don't bite and Jimmy is a most convivial host around.
